The Principal Financial Group has had a diversity program in place for more than a decade. The program has grown and evolved over the years, changing to adapt to external factors, internal changes and today’s business and social climates. But, it doesn’t stop there. We know that diversity at The Principal, like the rest of our business, is a work in progress—one that we are very optimistic about.
