Diversity: In Our Workforce

Our Employee Resource Groups are one way we foster an inclusive culture. They provide a formal setting for employees who have similar interests and who have culturally been underrepresented in the workforce and/or have faced societal adversity. Employee Resource Groups give employees opportunities to connect with others who have similar interests and want to use those interests to contribute to the organization. In addition, participants have opportunities for development and networking, as well as community outreach, recruiting, and supplier diversity efforts.

We have several employee resource groups, including:

  • Gay/Straight Employee Alliance Resource Group
