The Principal Financial Group^® Family Fun Fest is a touring event that travels to minor league baseball parks throughout the summer. The event includes more than 20 midway-style attractions and activities that are free to the public. In 2009, the touring event will visit 47 minor league ballparks across the country. The Principal^® Charity Classic—May 26-31, 2009
The Principal^® Charity Classic, held in West Des Moines, Iowa is a PGA Champions Tour pro golf tournament featuring nearly 80 golfers. During this event at Glen Oaks Country Club, the only professional golf tour stop in Iowa, golfers compete for a purse of $1.725 million.
