Women Business Owners Increase Productivity By Cutting Through Office Clutter
April 26, 2006 (Des Moines, Iowa) — Today's world of "convenient" communication in business can quickly become cluttered and inconvenient. Most owners of growing companies are inundated with voicemails, e-mails, stacks of paper and Post-it notes before they have had a chance to finish their morning coffee. Cutting through this clutter and maintaining focused priorities can be a tough task, but not impossible with self-sustaining organizational and time management techniques.
As a dedicated partner to women owners of growing businesses, the Principal Financial Group® will offer the complementary teleclass, Cut Through the Clutter: Getting to What Really Matters, on Tuesday, May 23 at noon Central time. During this class, women business owners will get an edge, learning how to assess common office situations, pinpoint priorities and juggle "to-dos" to maintain productivity.
"Even business owners who are master multi-taskers face so many distractions that dealing with regular office demands can be challenging," said Michelle Swanda, corporate marketing manager of The Principal®. "This class is designed for the savvy business owner looking for simple tips to implement office organization and time-management systems that are innovative, practical and easy to maintain."
