A. You can change your mailing address online. Here's how:
- Select "Your Profile" (under Tools)
- Select "Change Address" (under Personal Information)
- Either select the addresses you want to update and click "Update Selected Addresses" or simply click "Update All Addresses"
- Follow the instructions on the screen
Q. How do I change my e-mail address?
A. You can change your e-mail address online. Here's how:
- Select "Your Profile" (under Tools)
- Select "Update E-mail Address" (under Personal Information)

Updating a beneficiary
Q. How do I update a beneficiary on a Principal Financial Group product
A. Retirement plan participants may call us at 1.800.547.7754 or you may be able to access beneficiary forms online:
- If you have multiple accounts, click on the "Details" link of the account you want to update
- Select "Plan Info & Forms" (on the left)
- Select "Beneficiary" (on the left)
- Follow the instructions on the screen
