And while we don't have a big lobby, we do have real bankers. Bankers who are available from 7 AM to 9 PM (Central Time), Monday through Saturday excluding holidays. So if you simply want to talk directly to a banker for information or to open an account, just call 1.800.672.3343.

If you prefer to do-it-yourself, our online Customer Service Center offers a wide variety of self-service forms, tools and information for you to administer your account as needed. Things like ordering checks, stop payments, requesting an address change and more can all be done through the Customer Service Center.
Principal Bank also strives to work with vendors to create positive customer enhancements whenever possible. Currently, Principal Bank is a member of both the Shazam Privileged Status program and the STAR program that allows our customers to use machines across the nation free of additional surcharge fees.
