For Lost or Stolen Debit or ATM Cards:
If your card is lost or stolen, you MUST report this to the Bank Customer Center at 1.800.672.3343 from 7 AM to 9 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If outside our normal business hours, please call 1.800.554.8969.
For joint accounts only the card number that was reported will be closed and a new card reissued.
