Set up electronic (ACH) debits from your checking or savings account to make your monthly loan payments by completing, printing and signing the Automatic Loan Payments Form (PDF: 100 KB) where indicated. Return the form to Principal Bank, P.O. Box 9351, Des Moines, Iowa 50306-9351. Please include a voided check (not a deposit slip) for the checking account or a current savings statement showing your name and the savings account number you wish to be debited so we can verify the account and bank number.
