Customer Services

We know that as an Internet user, you like to do things yourself, when and where you want. With that in mind, we created the online Customer Service Center, a resource for you to provide self-service for your account. The Customer Service Center is divided into four sections:

Account Services
This section offers you the ability to do things like: request stop payments and wire transfers, sign up for direct deposit and overdraft protection, request Internet access for your account, or change your mailing or e-mail addresses.

General Tools
This section provides information on things like ATM locations, how to use BillPay, tips on downloading to Quicken and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Account Disclosures
Here you'll find information on account disclosures, Credit Account Protection (CAP) and more.

Regulatory Notices
Important information about things like privacy, community reinvestment and Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA).
