Account Information Access by Internet

Principal Bank provides account information online so you can access your accounts when it's convenient for you. You can:

  • View recent transactions
  • Make payments, including loans
  • Move money from one bank to another
  • And you can even receive your statements online, we'll send you a monthly email letting you know when they're available!

If you already use online banking: Use your existing login ID and password to access your account information.

If you are a new customer, or would like to begin accessing your account online, see more information here.

You will receive an email from Principal Bank letting you know that you've successfully enrolled for Online Access to your Principal Bank accounts.

Once you've created and memorized your new login ID and password, you're ready to enjoy the convenience of banking online! E-mail us at principalbank@principal.com, or call a personal banker at 1.800.672.3343, 7 AM to 9 PM (Central Time), Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, with any questions you may have.
