How do I add an account to make a transfer?

Before you can make transfers to and from other financial institutions, you need to set up the other institution's account as an available account.

  1. Click the "Add Accounts" subtab.
  2. Select the owner of the account and click "Continue".
  3. Enter the Bank, Credit Union or Broker's name in the field or enter the ABA Routing/Transit Number and click "Find".
  4. Select "Yes" if the correct Bank, Credit Union or Broker is shown or select "No" to search again.
  5. Once you have selected the financial institution, fill out the account details information.
  6. Follow the prompts for account verification.
  7. At the end of the process, you will be given the option to "Transfer Funds" or "Add Another Account". By clicking the "Transfer Funds" button, you are able to transfer funds to/from that account.
