Once you're enrolled, here's how Authentication works.

1. Enter your LoginID








2. If your computer is registered and recognized, we'll display your image and phrase








3. If your computer is not recognized, we'll ask one of your security questions. Remember, your answers are case sensitive. After you answer correctly, we'll display the image and phrase you set up during enrollment.








4. When you recognize your image and phrase, you will know that you are at the valid Principal Bank and that it's safe to enter your password and continue to your account information.
