Ongoing Customer Service

Principal Bank offers both "self service" and "full service" customer care.

For many of the areas where you need assistance with your banking, our online Customer Service Center can help. Here you can order checks, change your mailing or e-mail address, stop payments on checks and more. You can also find out information on ATM locations, availability of funds and frequently asked questions. Some items can be sent electronically while others, due to a security issue, require a signature and the form to be mailed to the bank.

Account Services

For those times when you can't get to a computer, our automated telephone banking system can help. With this system you can receive your balance and other information on an existing account, transfer funds between accounts, report a lost or stolen debit or credit card, or obtain current deposit rates. You can reach this system by calling 1.800.672.3343.

For times when you need to speak to someone in person, our Bank Customer Center is available 7 AM to 9 PM (CST), seven days a week. Just give one of our bankers a call at 1.800.672.3343 ext. 0, for help determining if a BillPay payment has been received by a vendor, or finding out information on a new product or service.
