Tracking retirement plan progress and success
The Retirement Readiness Report (PDF: 370 KB) is the first step and shows you how many of your employees are on track to replace a sufficient level of income in retirement. This annual report provides a comprehensive review of key plan metrics. If employees are falling short, the report offers best practices on plan design changes that, based on research, have been shown to drive increased savings.
Evaluating participant progress and success
The Retirement Wellness Report (PDF: 553 KB) visually shows your retirement plan participants if they are saving enough toward reaching a successful retirement. The customized report includes an at-a-glance view of a participant's estimated monthly retirement income and compares that to the retirement income they may need each month. For those with an income gap, simple illustrations show the impact of a deferral increase. Participants with a gap in savings are encouraged to increase their contribution or sign up for automatic increases to help get them on track.
