I.T. Business Analyst I
Responsible for the participation in; elicitation, analysis and documentation of business/technical needs on small to medium scope projects or assignments with minimal complexity. Works with some direction. Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical areas. Bachelor’s Degree and Basic PC and/or system skills required.
I.T. Business Analyst II
Responsible for the participation in or leadership of; elicitation, analysis and documentation of business/technical needs on medium to large scope projects or assignments with moderate complexity. Works independently with little direction. Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical areas. Two to four years of related work experience. May be required to provide on-call support.
I.T. Business Analyst III
Responsible for the leadership of or participation in; elicitation, analysis and documentation of business/technical needs across functional or multi-business units on medium to large scope projects or assignments with moderate complexity. Works independently and gives guidance. Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical areas. Four to six years of related work experience. Business Analyst certification preferred. May be required to provide on-call support.
I.T. Business Analyst IV
Responsible for the leadership of elicitation, analysis and documentation of business/ technical needs across functional or multi-business units on large scope projects or initiatives with high complexity. Works independently mentors and guides others to drive business results. Acts as a liaison between business partners and technical areas. Six to eight years of related work experience. Business Analyst certification preferred. May be required to provide on-call support.
