About the Conference
The Principal Leadership Conference is a two-day conference. It will take place May 15-16, 2008, in Des Moines, Iowa – The Principal corporate headquarters.
At the conference you'll have an opportunity to attend multiple workshops, including:
- Leadership and conflict resolution
- Career development
- Resume and interviewing skills
- Team building
- Public speaking
If you are selected to attend you will:
- Be entered to win a $1,500 scholarship*
- Get an inside look at one of the largest corporations in Iowa

Eligibility and selection criteria
To qualify, you need to:
- Be current freshman status/first year of college to apply
- Be involved in extracurricular activities
- Have at least a 3.0 grade point average
- Demonstrate leadership qualities
