Assist Client Service Consultant in delivering client services to medium to large plan market retirement plans. Communicate with customers regarding complex record keeping issues, special timing requests, and employee data. Requires 6-8 years of experience. May need to become an Associated Person of Princor.
Client Service Associate (CSA)
Establish and maintain effective relationships with Pension customers to ensure profitability for all stakeholders. Partner with Pension field representatives and marketers to enhance relationships between customers. Deliver retirement plan services. Occasional travel. NASD Series 6 registration may be required within 6 months.
Senior Client Service Associate
Establish and maintain effective relationships with Pension customers to ensure profitability for all stakeholders. Partner with field representatives and marketers to enhance relationships. Deliver retirement plan administrative and marketing services. Occasional travel. Series 6 registration may be required within 6 months, Series 7 registration may be required within 12 months.
Assistant Manager Client Services
Lead a team to ensure high quality, efficient, and prompt service, meeting customer expectations. Direct and allocate resources to support workflow and processes. Balance work assignments for team members. Four-six years experience. Series 6 registration required within 6 months. Series 7 registration may be required within 12 months, Series 24 registration may be required 6 months after completion of Series 7. Series 66 may be required. Overnight travel may be required.
