Browser and system requirements

The majority of the standard browsers can be used, such as Internet Explorer 7.00 or higher Netscape Navigator 7.0 or higher. Supported operating systems include Windows 98 or Mac OS9X or higher

System time-outs and screen freezes

The application will time out after 20 minutes of inactivity. Since there is a timeout for security purposes, we recommend that you have your resume prepared prior to beginning your job search and application process.

System availability

The application is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year unless we are performing maintenance or updates. If that occurs, there will a message indicating the application  is down for maintenance.

Security concerns

Your information is password protected. You can safely log on and use the application, whether it be at home, work, or on a public computer. You will always want to log off when you are finished.
