Senior Associate-Human Resources

In this position you will be responsible for managing HR reporting, payroll administration and the HR database. Specific accountabilities include:

  • Collating and providing input for payroll processing to outsource agency as well as handling employee queries
  • Setting up and periodically updating the HR Database/HRIS/PeopleSoft/Employee salary accounts
  • Ensuring timely and accurate completion of staturtory requirements - PF/ESI/Shop Act
  • Providing information and data for periodic MIS/HR reporting
  • Employee requests and facilitation
  • Performing other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent command of Microsoft office including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft (desired)

This position reports to the Director of Human Resources, and has no direct reports.

Manager – Human Resources

In this position you will be responsible for implementing recruitment, people management, people development and growth initiatives to enable business to meet cost, quality and timeliness goals. Specific accountabilities will include:

  • Ensuring recruitment is done on time and within agreed budgets
  • Implementing, tracking and reporting performance management system/requirements
  • Developing and implementing employee relation initiatives towards productivity, satisfaction and retention
  • Managing training requirements, career and growth plans and ensuring implementation of agreed actions
  • Conducting surveys, dipstick, skip levels to understand opportunities and facilitate actions to mitigate attrition risk
  • On-boarding, including induction of new joiners
  • Ensuring completeness and accuracy of HRIS data
  • Performing other job-related duties or special projects as required.

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

  • MBA in Human Resources, plus 5 years experience in the Human Resources domain
  • Excellent networking, communication, organization and interviewing skills, in addition to expertise in HR principles and concepts.

This position reports to the Director of Human Resources, and has no direct reports.
