Senior Associate –Transport & Logistics
In this position you will be responsible for managing employee transportation function in a manner that optimizes cost and ensures safe transport arrangement. Specific accountabilities will include:
- Scheduling and facilitation of transport arrangements as per working shifts
- Vendor Management, which includes coordination with transport vendors for a quicker turnaround by proper routing of vehicles
- Close monitoring & tracking and safety standards of costs vis-à-vis budgets for cost optimization
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Science.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience within a BPOS company as well as experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
- Planning and organizational aptitude, time management and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual skills would be an added advantage.
This position reports to the Facilities & Administration Manager and has no direct reports.

Assistant Manager–Administration
In this position you will be responsible for managing administration functions during ongoing operations in a manner that optimizes costs and best of services / arrangements. Specific accountabilities will include:
- Overall facilities management
- Maintaining tighter security controls and ensuring adequate safety measures in the office premises
- Generating Monthly MIS, highlighting utilization of organizational resources and cost saving initiatives
- Ensuring statutory compliance by external agencies and liaison with Government agencies when required
- Overall responsibility for space management and seat allocation activity
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Science. Preference would be given to candidates with Management degree
- 6-8 years of relevant experience from Services sector desired
- Trouble shooting & problem solving techniques, good communication, time management, interpersonal and relationship building skills required
- Computer Skills & Microsoft Office knowledge desired
This position reports to the Facilities & Administration Manager and has no direct reports.
