There are multiple career tracks available within Information Technology including web development, mainframe and data warehousing/business intelligence. General responsibilities for all career tracks will include the following:
- Low level design specifications and program specification development

- Reporting
Qualifications
Specific qualifications for each position will include:
- Web Development
- Required skills – Java, J2EE, Struts, Servlets
- Preferred skills – Eclipse, WSAD or RAD, Clearcase, UML, EJB, Java Mail, JMS, J2C, Integration with IBM products, Navisys products and Dialogue.
- Mainframe
- Required skills – COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, SQL, IMS
- Preferred skills – TSO Experience, Dump Master, Inter Test, IBM Debug, Insync, MVS Quick Ref
- Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence
- Required skills – Business Objects, Informatica 7.1.3, Datastage TX 7.5, DB2, Unix Mainframe Session on Extra using EMAC Editor, SQL, Unix Scripting and Oracle (Worked in any combination of the above)
All positions require:
- 2–4 years relevant experience
- Sound technical skills, high aptitude, and good experience in estimation and testing methodologies
- Strong reasoning and communication skills as well as the ability to be a team player
- Working knowledge of SDLC
- BE/ MCA/ MCS/ MCM/ MSc (Desired)
This position reports to the Consultant (Team Lead) and has no direct reports.
Consultant (Team Lead)
There are multiple career tracks available within Information Technology at the Team Lead level including web development, mainframe and data warehousing/business intelligence.
- General responsibilities for all career tracks will include the following:
- Micro level task allocation and monitoring
- Architecture and design – preparing and/or reviewing
- Problem solving, query handling and managing requirements
- Coding, testing and documentation
- Reporting, issues resolution and escalations
- Change and configuration management
- Training and team mentoring
