I’m a strong believer in internships. That’s because I personally benefited from an internship with the company for two years while I attended college. Now, I’m an active part of our recruiting process at nearby college career fairs.
I began my career as a service associate at BCI Group, which was acquired by The Principal in 2003. Since then, I’ve advanced to a senior client service associate and most recently to a client service manager. In my role, I service our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) clients through the day-to-day administration of their plans. My rapid advancement and the opportunity to service our largest Institutional clients have been two of my greatest accomplishments working here.
Working here is so much more than a job -- it’s a career. It’s challenging, but fun. I feel a great sense of accomplishment, ownership and pride in taking care of our clients.
