Pon's Story
The Principal knows what it takes to become a leader in the financial services industry. Each day, I witness employees providing superior service to customers and supporting the community. We provide great service to our brokers and borrowers with timely feedback as we analyze prospective loan packages. We also support the community through the company’s dollar for denim days, ice cream social fundraisers and volunteering with Habitat for Humanity.
In my role, I support the commercial mortgage underwriting team for the Midwest-North markets. Some of my job responsibilities include reviewing and analyzing prospective mortgage financing opportunities for a variety of debt capital clients, using valuation software. I also assist with the preparation of mortgage loan applications and other documents that are associated with the loan origination process.
I’ve learned so much in just a few years of working here. Everywhere I go, I learn something new – from lunch with a co-worker to presentations from our chief executive officer. And, I feel like others are committed to helping me succeed by sharing their experience and knowledge.
