Emerging Leaders Program
The Emerging Leaders Program is a leadership development program for existing financial sales professionals providing the knowledge, skills and ability to job sample a leadership role to help assess if a full-time leadership position is right.
Upon successful completion of the second year in the program—and with mutual interest and position availability—you can pursue a full-time management contract as a managing director, recruiting director or development director, depending on business center needs and open positions.
- Demonstrate a history of sales success
- Demonstrate a knowledge of Principal Financial Group's systems and tools
- Undergo management assessment
- Participate in an interview process that includes field and home office management
