Employee Resource Groups

Our Employee Resource Groups are just one way we foster an inclusive environment for our employees. Groups provide a formal setting for employees with similar interests to network, providing opportunities for career development, as well as community outreach, recruiting, targeted marketing and supplier diversity efforts.

They are open to all employees and are an important part of our strategy to foster diversity. Employee Resource Group members are a key driver of our diversity infrastructure, and they help us achieve our diversity, inclusion and business goals more rapidly and efficiently. Active groups include:
