If you are opening a Principal Health Savings Account (HSA) mutual fund account, follow these instructions:

Step 1: Call us at 1.800.826.2364. We will complete a suitability review and pre-fill a Principal HSA mutual fund application for you. We will mail you a prospectus along with the application for you to sign.
Step 2: Sign and mail the application according to the instructions.
