We provide a toll-free automated account information system, called Princall, that's as close as your telephone! You have access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Some of the information available to you includes: current fund share prices, combined value of all your mutual fund accounts, current account market value, and account activity. You will need a push button phone, your Personal Identification Number (PIN), and your thirteen-digit account number (for account information only).

How do I access the PrinCall system?
To access the PrinCall System, you will dial the toll-free number: 800.421.2298 (or 248.3950 if calling within the Des Moines area). If at any time during business hours you need assistance, press 0. If your call is during non-business hours, you can leave a brief message for a Customer Service Representative by pressing 1. Business hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm Central Time, Monday through Friday.
How do I obtain current fund share prices?
Call 1.800.421.2298. Press 1 for fund prices. Press 1 (to receive share prices for a specific fund). Enter the three-digit fund code which applies. To hear a list of J shares fund codes, press 4.
How do I check my current account balance?
Call 1.800.421.2298. Press 2 for account information. Enter your Social Security number (SS#). Enter your Personal Identification Number (PIN). (This requirement protects your privacy. Without this entry, the system will not release any information about your account. The PIN may be changed at any time.) Press 1 (to receive the total value of your portfolio).

What about a PIN?
A Personal Identification Number (PIN) is a unique four digit number that will provide you with access to your account information. You have the option of personalizing your selection and can change your PIN at any time. You will want to make note of your PIN and keep it confidential. If you forget your PIN, you can contact a Principal funds Customer Service Representative at 1.800.222.5852 between the hours of 7:00 am and 7:00 PM Central time, Monday through Friday.
