On September 30, 2010, the Principal Financial Group announced our decision to exit the medical insurance business (insured and self-funded). As a result, we are no longer selling new medical insurance policies.
The decision does not impact other businesses including retirement, asset management, life, disability, dental, and vision insurance, wellness and health savings accounts.
