How it works
Employees meet one-on-one with a salaried professional at the workplace. Using an interactive needs analysis tool, the professional helps employees identify gaps in insurance and financial protection. They then help employees prioritize and select the most appropriate type of voluntary benefits based on their needs. Employees with additional financial and insurance needs have access to other products, such as individual disability, mutual funds, banking and more.
