eBenefits Edge is a time and money-saving online, automated benefits administration service for your clients.
It reduces the amount of time spent on benefits administration. Clients using traditional, paper-based methods may benefit from this online service.
For example, traditional, paper-based processes require ongoing manual changes for new hires, qualifying life events and open enrollment. These changes take valuable time and, as a result, cost your client money.
eBenefits Edge handles much of that day-to-day benefits administration. The system has the ability to consolidate all benefit services into a single system, no matter how many providers are used.
Employer features include:
- Single entry of information - no more multiple entries when an employee has a change of address
- Internet access for both human resources (HR) staff and employees - allows users to access the system at a time and place convenient for them
- Enhanced benefit management and reporting
- Ongoing service and support after implementation
