- Password-protected personal records – including a 24-month history of explanation of benefit statements, account balances and year-to-date summaries

- Discounts and services – exclusive offers on gym memberships, weight loss programs, eye care, dental care, hearing aids and more.
Tools to make informed choices
Online decision-making tools take the guesswork out of health care, helping members:
- Find and research local providers in their network
- Compare costs for services provided in-network versus out-of-network
- Review hospitals
- Estimate medical and dental treatment costs
- Evaluate health coverage options
- Learn about their prescription drugs – including information on coverage, pricing, medication interaction, pharmacy locations and more
Care advocacy services
Our registered nurses and professional care managers reach out to members to assist them with:
