Our care management program is built upon a traditional utilization review program, which is accredited by the American Accreditation Healthcare Commission (URAC) and staffed by medical professionals including:
- Four full-time Principal Financial Group Medical Directors
- One Principal Financial Group Pharmacy Director
- 186 care coordinators (RN, LPN, BA specialists)
- 41 case managers (accredited with the Case Management Society of America), transplant coordinators and a prenatal specialist
