Transactions
Complete all appropriate paperwork. Your registered representative can tell you what you need.
Accounts may be opened by mailing or faxing the appropriate paperwork to Broker Dealer Services. Our fax number is 515.248.0112. If you fax, you will also need to mail the originals to us by settlement date of the trade.
Purchases
Call your Registered Representative or Broker Dealer Services with all pertinent information. Or use PrinLink, our automated line, at 800.540.4614
We need to know the number of shares or the dollar amount you wish to purchase. We also need the exact name of the security and the type of order (For example: market, good till canceled, etc.).
- Money for all purchases must be received at Princor Broker Dealer Services by the settlement date of the trade (typically three business days).
- Make your check payable to PERSHING
A money market account handles purchases with ease and provides a trouble-free way to pay for your purchases. Funds for purchases are swept from the account when needed.
Liquidations
Submit all paperwork and/or security certificates to Broker Dealer Services.
To liquidate securities, all certificates must be received by Broker Dealer Services in good order. This means properly endorsed and ready for the transfer agent. Additional documentation may be needed.
Proceeds from the sale are available three business days from the trade date.
We will send you a check or deposit the money into your money market account however you specify. Checkwriting is available, giving you instant access to the money.
