Principal Financial Group, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend on Common Stock

On Oct. 26, 2009, the company announced that the board of directors of Principal Financial Group, Inc. declared an annual cash dividend of $0.50 per share. The dividend will be payable on Dec. 4, 2009 to shareholders of record as of the close of business Nov. 13, 2009.
