PHCS Healthy Directions Network
If there is a need to seek medical care outside of the Principal Edge Network service area, the PHCS Healthy Directions network is available to provide in-network benefits. PHCS Healthy Directions may or may not be available based on your employer’s selection of benefit designs.

Therefore if you or your dependents are traveling to one of the service areas listed below, you will only receive in-network benefits with Principal Edge Network providers.

Services by a non-network provider will be paid at non-network benefit levels.
