A new comparability profit sharing plan with administrative and investment services from the Principal Financial Group® benefits consistently profitable companies with large salary disparities between employees and owners. It's based upon the relative age, years of service, and compensation of your company's owners and employees.
You choose how your contribution is allocated among groups of your employees. Non-preferred employees receive a set percentage of their compensation, such as 3%. The majority of the contribution goes to the preferred employees.
