Farmers Mutual Insurance Company of Nebraska celebrated being named one of The Principal 10 Best Companies—2010 on September 23, 2010.

Mark Walz, President, Treasurer & Chief Operating Officer, Farmers Mutual, accepts the 2010 Principal 10 Best award from Paul Fromm, Assistant Vice President - Retirement & Investor Services, The Principal.	Employees of Farmers Mutual were able to hear Principal 10 Best judges comment on the reasons why their organization was selected for the award.

Farmers Mutual chose Special Olympics Nebraska to receive a charitable contribution from The Principal Financial Foundation, Inc. The non-profit is a state chapter of the international Special Olympics organization that provides sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities.
