Nancy is general manager of the Grand Rapids operation of Flexco, a west Michigan manufacturer of conveyor belt maintenance parts and one of 10 locations in the Flexco operation worldwide. She worked in the human resources field for a dozen years before joining the company. Past chair of the Right Place Inc.'s Manufacturer's Council and current chair of the Council's Workforce Development Group, Nancy is a member of the Kent/Allegan Workforce Development Board and the Kent/Allegan Educational Advisory Group.
Nancy served on the The Principal 10 Best judging panel in 2006. Flexco (Clipper Belt Lacer) was named one of The Principal 10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security – 2004.
Sandy is vice president of Human Resources of Glatfelter Insurance Group. The Glatfelter Insurance Group is both a regional insurance agency and a national broker specializing in the design of insurance programs to meet the unique needs of specific associations or businesses. With more than 20 years of experience in the human resources field, Sandy has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a master's degree in Human Resource Development from Villanova University. She has earned the designation of Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from the National Society for Human Resource Management.

Beth is vice president of human resources and is the leader of the Associate Development Team at Badger Mining Corporation, a supplier of a wide range of industrial silica sand, limestone and complimentary products and services to a wide range of industries including metal casting, oil and gas, environmental, construction, industrial and recreational.
With more than two decades of human resources management experience, Beth has expertise in recruitment, salary development and compensation, performance management, human resource policies and employee benefits plan development. She has an Associates of Arts and Science degree from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh. A member of the National Society for Human Resource Management and the human resources committee for the American Foundry Society, Beth is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Scott Parker is the chief operating officer for Torch Technologies, an employee-owned, technology business headquartered in Huntsville, Ala., focused on providing scientific and engineering services to Department of Defense customers. With more than 25 years administrative and human resources experience, Scott has overall responsibility for various operational support areas at Torch, including human resources, benefits and compensation. He received a B.S. in Commerce and Business Administration from the University of Alabama and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

The company has been recognized by Inc. magazine on the Inc. 5000 for each of the past three years; in 2007 as being the fastest growing private defense contractor in the southeast and in 2009 as one of the top 25 engineering companies.
Marie E. Schram is director of human resources for LMI, a not-for-profit government consulting firm based in McLean, Va. She is responsible for LMI's human resources initiatives, including compensation and benefits management, employee relations and policies, recruitment and staffing, and training and professional development programs. Schram has held executive positions with a third-party administration and benefits consulting firm and a consulting-oriented insurance brokerage. She also spent many years involved with healthcare management companies performing nationwide strategic planning and operations roles. Schram earned a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling from the University of Maryland in College Park. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).
