The Principal Financial Group® presents the 2011 winners of The Principal® 10 Best Companies for Employee Financial Security.
The independent panel of judges cited the winners for designing well-rounded programs to meet the needs of their workforce. Judges also said the winners stand out for educating employees on how to use and access these benefits.
The Principal 10 Best Companies reap the rewards of strong benefits. The winners’ average annual voluntary turnover rate is 9.3 percent compared to the national average of 21.2 percent.
