Meet the Wisconsin Business Center Team

As the Regional Managing Director of the Wisconsin Business Center, Brian is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, GAMA International, and the Southeast Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. His Business Center received the 2008 Master Agency Award, awarded annually to 250 financial planning firms worldwide for achieving top commission levels. Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater with a B.B.A., later obtaining CLU^®, ChFC^® and LUTCF designations.

Brian resides with his wife, Pat, in the Richfield area.

Marty joined the Principal^® as a Managing Director in 1999 and has been in the industry since 1979. He completed the Essentials of Leadership and Management Course and the AMTC course through GAMA International. He is a graduate of the Life in Leadership Institute and of Leadership Fox Cities. Marty is a Past President of the Northeastern GAMA Association, the Fox River Valley NAIFA Association, and the Appleton West Rotary. He was named Agent of the Year of Fox River Valley-NAIFA and was honored with a Paul Harris Fellow by Appleton West Rotary.

He is married to Rita O'Brien and between them have five children.

As a Recruiting Director, Tammy works with people throughout southeastern Wisconsin who want to take their career to the next level. She joined The Principal^® in March 1999 and has built a record of active industry involvement. Tammy is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and within the Southeast Wisconsin chapter volunteers with the Young Advisors Team (YAT) and with Life Underwriting Training Council (LUTC) classes. She earned her LUTCF designation in 2007.

Tammy is blessed with two children.

Al has been in the financial services industry since 1976 and with The Principal^® since 1989. Al received a Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Oshkosh and is a graduate student of UW-Milwaukee and the American College. He spent thirteen years as an educator in the Milwaukee Public School system. Al serves on the Board of Directors of WLIM (Wisconsin Lutheran Institutional Ministries), Welsmen LTD, and WLCFS, Inc.

Al is married and has three children.

Brian Levins joined the Principal Financial Group^® - Wisconsin Business Center in 2008 with thirteen years of experience and an undergraduate degree from Marquette University with an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Brian's expertise is in marketing with additional sales experience. He has a strong understanding of the concerns and challenges that face a sales group and creating successful solutions for their clients. Brian is active in the company's marketing campaigns throughout Wisconsin.

Brian has two children, Andrew and Ella, along with his wife Julie.

Sandy started in the Wisconsin Business Center in 2002. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from UW Whitewater and has more than 12 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry. Outside of work, Sandy's title has been "team manager" for her son's Hartford Soccer team for the past three years. She is also a huge Milwaukee Wave Indoor Soccer fanatic and attending Wave games helps her cope with Wisconsin winters!

Sandy is married to Tom and they have three children, Michael Sarah and youngest son, Jake.
