Shawn Will - Regional Managing Director
"I’m committed to helping our advisors determine what financial success looks like, and helping them achieve it." As a former advisor and managing partner, Shawn brings over 16 years of industry experience to his role here at Principal. He is an active member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA) and the General Agency Management Association (GAMA).
Angie Dirks - Operations Manager
“I care about the individual success of our advisors, employees and clients, and I strive to ensure the best possible experience for them.” Angie began working for Principal in 1998, and as Operations Manager she specializes in logistics, expense management, and the development of our advisors and administrative team. She resides in Raleigh and cherishes spending quality time with her family, friends and two adorable cats.
Nicole Hathaway - Marketing Associate
“I endeavor to support financial professionals in defining their value proposition, forming their unique story, and creating meaningful relationships with their clients.” With over 18 years of experience, Nicole helps our advisors define their target markets and supports them in ongoing efforts as they build their practice. In addition, she assists management in the recruiting, hiring and training of new financial professionals, and with matters dealing with industry compliance.
Connie Harrison - Sales Support Specialist
“My motto comes from Mother Teresa, and says a lot about me: Let no one ever come to you without leaving Better and Happier.” Connie joined Principal in 2009. As a Sales Support Specialist, she works closely with our advisors, processing their business, and providing all around administrative support for our team.
Elaine Sharry - Sales Support Specialist
“I am a dedicated administrative professional focusing on working with financial advisors to help them deliver prompt and accurate products to prospective clients.” Elaine joined The Principal’s Atlantic Coast Business Center in 2010 as a Sales Support Specialist. Her positive attitude resonates throughout the Virginia office as she provides administrative and marking support to our advisors.
Cindy Duick CLF®, LUTCF - Sr. Regional Marketing Consultant
Cindy's mission is to help financial professionals achieve success through efficient use of resources, developing markets and strategic business planning as she partners with business center teams throughout the United States. Her financial services experience began in 1999, however she has worked in various aspects of sales and marketing in diverse fields such as advertising and sales promotion, corporate healthcare administration, and manufacturing.
Originally from Lancaster, PA, Cindy lives in Boca Raton and is a long-time member of the Gulfstream Guardian Angels Rottweiler Rescue, an advocate for the Alzheimer's Foundation, and a member of St. Jude Catholic Church.
