The investment seeks high total return. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in investments of companies located anywhere in the world that operate in the real estate sector. Under normal market conditions, the advisor expects to invest at least 40% of the fund's net assets in foreign securities. The advisor currently expects to be invested predominantly in equity securities, primarily common stocks. Although the fund generally does not hedge its foreign currency exposure, currency-related derivative instruments such as forward currency exchange contracts may be used from time-to-time to help manage currency risks and manage local currency exposure.
