The investment seeks to generate a total return. The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies principally engaged in the real estate industry at the time of each purchase. It invests in equity securities of small, medium, and large market capitalization companies. The fund typically invests in foreign securities of at least three countries and at least 30% of its assets in foreign securities. It is non-diversified.
