A recruiter hand reviews your application along with others who’ve applied on an ongoing basis. Some of those include: number of applications, start date for the position and complexities of the experiences needed.
If you’re selected for an interview, you’ll receive a call to set up a time where we can learn more about your background and interests. The background checks we perform depend largely on the type of position you are applying for. A criminal background check will be done prior to hiring. Based on the position you are being considered for we may also include any of the following:
- Credit Check
- Education Check
- Work History
- Motor Vehicle Report
Once you’ve received an offer and have accepted, you’ll receive an email to initiate your background check. This can take up to 3-5 days, so be sure to complete it right away!
If you accept the offer of employment, the online status of your application will change to “Offer Accepted".
Once all the necessary paperwork is completed and you’ve provided any required documentation, the status will change to “Hired".
