The Principal Financial Group Ranks #51 on 2013 InformationWeek 500

September 10, 2013 (Des Moines, Iowa) — The Principal Financial Group® today announced that it ranked #51 on this year's InformationWeek 500 — a list of the top technology innovators in the U.S. The full list is available at www.informationweek.com/500.

The Principal® broke through the top 100 after placing 159th in 2012. This is the company's 16th year on the InformationWeek 500 list.
