- Customer service representative - Act as a liaison to both external and internal customers, providing expert advice on company policies and information, as well as responding to customer administrative needs.
- Underwriter - Act as a consultant to our sales force to provide the research and insight needed to make calculated evaluations of premiums, fees or services for new and existing pension and insurance plans as well as commercial real estate.
- Claims examiner - Review and process claims for customers submitted under insurance plans and take appropriate action as each claim requires.
- Contract specialist - Independently prepare policies, plan documents, brochures and benefit reviews for customers. Also provide technical assistance and training.
