OSCAR RENTERIA: The story really starts with my mother and my father. When I started to think about taking my father’s company over, he asked me, “What are you going to do that’s different?” I want to create a company with a culture of uh people who want to come to work with a smile on their face. OSCAR RENTERIA: You know, I want to tell you that I’m really proud of everything that you’ve done. You know, one of the things that I think is really inspiring for me is to see someone who’s taken the opportunities that they’ve been given and really taken it to a different level, and that’s you.

CARINA DE LA CRUZ: You’re going to make me cry.
