My role as a Senior Employee Benefit Specialist is to visit companies and present our insurance products to their employees. I educate their employees on how to utilize their insurance benefits.
At The Principal, management allows employees to experiment and try new things that can help differentiate us from our competitors. We have an experienced management team who has an idea of what it is like to be in our position. I feel that management listens to us and is open to our ideas that we develop while interacting with our customers.
