[MUSIC PLAYING] ERIC RUPPEL: In the 12 years I've worked at Bob's-- at the start of it, I came in having lost everything. This last summer I bought a home again, which I never thought I would ever own a home again. It makes me emotional thinking about it because it just-- it's-- I'm very grateful. And that's directly due to the benefit package that I have, just the generosity that Bob Moore has shared with all of us. BOB MOORE: I've done this sharing because I believe as a fellow human being that I need to do that and that everyone needs to do that. ERIC RUPPEL: How it feels to go from fear and uncertainty to a place of having security is a great feeling. It changes you. You realize that, wow, you don't want to go anywhere, you want to stay here. BOB MOORE: I provided the benefits to my employees because I believe in it. They stay longer. But if I had it to do over, I wouldn't change a thing. ERIC RUPPEL: I wouldn't have the real chance at a good retirement if it hadn't been for how you blessed all of us. [MUSIC PLAYING] Watching young people come in and just stay and start building their lives here. The sooner you start putting towards your future, the more opportunity you will have later. BOB MOORE: I'm proud. I'm proud that I did what I believed I should do. ERIC RUPPEL: When you have stability in your life, knowing that you're taking care of those things for tomorrow, it's empowering. I'm sure you hear this a lot-- we appreciate all that you've done. BOB MOORE: Thanks. ERIC RUPPEL: It means a lot. [MUSIC PLAYING]
