[MUSIC PLAYING] CRYSTAL GRANGER: In order for somebody to come to work every day, they have to feel really secure in their life and that's what Bob's benefit package is. MICHAEL HALL: My career here at Bob's is awesome. I did an interview and the person that was interviewing me seen a lot of potential in my skill set and offered me a supervisor position-- means that they see potential in me and that they see me being around for the long-term. It makes me feel valued as a person as well as an employee. And that's really awesome for a company to have your back like that. CRYSTAL GRANGER: It fills me with joy when you see somebody become the person that they want to be. I mean, that's my whole job to be a tool for them to get there. When I think about employees like Michael, who have been able to have their basic needs met through our benefits and feel that security, they are then able to become their best selves. And we're just a tool for them to use to be able to feel fulfilled in whatever that looks like. And we have this culture of employees who are dedicated, not only to the company, but more importantly to themselves.
